I have been personal training since 2009 and I have helped over a hundred clients to get stronger, recover from injury, lose weight and feel better. My attitude is that if you work hard and smart in the gym then your life becomes much easier and more enjoyable.
I studied sports science at Exeter university and upon graduating I took further qualifications with premier training and have been a personal trainer ever since, constantly learning and improving my coaching.
Every new client I train is given a full assessment and functional movement screen where I look at muscle health and how efficiently you move. Using this information I can create a programme that will push you further and help you reach your goal.
